Senior Tax Manager — Framingham, MA
Full-time or Part-time | Flexible Schedule
We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our Framingham office. This is a year-round position that requires advanced tax review experience and strong client communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1- Review and oversee preparation of tax returns: 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040
2- Ensure clients are prepared for timely and accurate tax filings
3- Review and guide bookkeeping work (we are heavily bookkeeping-focused)
4- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone throughout the year
5- Provide analytical insights and ensure compliance standards are met
6- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
1- Minimum 3 years of high-level tax review experience
2- Proficiency in Drake Tax Software (required)
3- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
4- CPA or EA designation preferred but not required

1- Prepare business and individual tax returns: 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040
2- Help clients stay organized and ready for filing deadlines
3- Communicate with clients regularly by email or phone
4- Collaborate with the team on bookkeeping and tax matters
5- Work independently and maintain accuracy under limited supervision
Requirements:
1- Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience.
2 -Experience with UltraTax Software (required).
3- Strong analytical, organizational, and client service skills.
